Allison provides freelance graphic design and illustration for branding suites, digital brands and illustration commissions. Some of her past and current clients include non-profits such as the Emmy-nominated Peak Plastic Foundation and The Dam Short Film Festival. She also creates branding packages for several new and boutique businesses. Her 12-plus years of account management/marketing/sales experience, coupled with her recent graphic design masters degree and four plus years of freelance design, affords her a unique skill set to lead a creative approach with business acumen and perspective. She has also assisted with copywriting for clients over 12+ years as well. Her services can be customized upon request. She is currently based in London, UK. Her time in the master's course has furthered her critical thinking and approach to design to allow for a more comprehensive approach. In her free time, she enjoys more analogue approaches to art and design, such as letterpress workshops, as well as working with guache and watercolours.
Allison will be graduating with a masters degree in Graphic Design this year from Kingston University in London. She attended the University of Washington, Seattle and earned a major in Communications with a minor in Political Science in 2004. She then went on to be an account manager and marketing specialist for V2Creative and then Robertson Wood managing the Summerlin account, which was the largest master planned community at that time. She moved from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in 2008 to work at Rubin Postaer and Associates (RPA) advertising agency to work on the Honda and Acura sales communications team. Then was promoted to an Account Manager role at Deutsch Advertising Agency to work on the collateral team for the Volkswagen Account. While in Los Angeles, she also worked at CBS Radio, Spotify and UCLA Anderson, Center for Media and Entertainment. She moved back home to Las Vegas in 2017 to help care for her father who was dying of Glioblastoma brain cancer. After his passing, she decided that life was too short, and that she should follow her dream of working in the creative space and to plan a career pivot from the account management side of advertising to the creative side.
